Shipping and Return

  • Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstance.
  • Delivered Packages: We are not responsible for packages that are lost and for which the tracking number indicates they were delivered.
  • Shipping Method: We conduct shipments via UPS, USPS, or any other parcel delivery company we deem appropriate.
  • Free Shipping: Free shipping does not cover charges for oversized shipments, international shipments, and Clinchers softballs.
  • Exchanges and Returns: Customers are responsible for any costs related to exchanges or returns, unless the mistake originates from our end. Please note, we retain the authority to accept or decline a return involving products that are used or without proper labeling.
  • Processing Time: We take between 1 to 5 business days to process each order on a regular basis.
  • Processing Time vs. Shipping Time: The order processing time is separate from the shipping duration provided by the carrier.
  • International Shipments: We cannot assume responsibility for international shipments once they have left the United States, and we cannot guarantee their safe arrival.
  • Customs Charges: Some sports items or other types of products may be subject to customs duties upon entering certain countries. We strongly advise you to consult with your country's customs authorities to determine if such charges might apply to your order.
  • Disclaimer for Customized Products

    1. Returns: We do not accept returns of customized products unless it is due to an error on our part.

    2. Writing Style: We reserve the right to write names in either uppercase or lowercase, as we deem appropriate based on the type of product or any other reason we determine.

  • Responsibility for Additional Charges: Once the sale has been executed, any additional charges that might arise, including customs duties, are not borne by us. These charges will solely be the responsibility of the buyer.
  • International Returns: We do not offer free return labels for international purchases.
