Order processing time
Orders are prepared within 1–5 business days.
Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.
Shipping Methods
We ship using trusted carriers such as UPS, DHL, and USPS, depending on destination and service availability.
Important:
Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped.

You will not pay any additional customs fees upon delivery.
We only offer international shipping methods that support prepaid customs clearance, to ensure a smooth delivery experience.
Delivered Packages
Once tracking shows a package as delivered, we are unable to take responsibility for loss or theft.
Returns & Exchanges
Customized products
Customized items are final sale and cannot be returned unless an error was made by us.
Name formatting (uppercase/lowercase) may vary based on design requirements.
Non-customized products
To request a return:

International Returns
Return shipping for international orders is not covered.
Customs fees on returns (if any) are the responsibility of the buyer.
