Processing Hours

Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST (excluding holidays).

Order Processing Time

Orders are prepared within 1–5 business days.
Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.


Shipping Methods

We ship using trusted carriers such as UPS, DHL, and USPS, depending on destination and service availability.

Important:
Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped.


🌍 International Orders (Very Important)

✅ All duties & taxes are included at checkout when shipping with DHL or UPS.
You will not pay additional customs fees upon delivery.

We only offer international shipping methods that support prepaid customs clearance to ensure a smooth delivery experience.

Original shipping fees for international orders are non-refundable.


Delivered Packages

Once tracking shows a package as delivered, responsibility transfers to the recipient.

If you believe your package was misdelivered, please contact us promptly so we may initiate a carrier investigation. Claims related to delivery issues must be reported within 3 days of the delivery date shown on tracking.


Returns & Exchanges

Return Eligibility Window

Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.


Customized Products

Customized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless an error was made by us.

Name formatting (uppercase/lowercase) may vary based on design requirements.


Non-Customized Products

To request a return:

  • Log in to your account

  • Open the order

  • Request a return label

  • Follow the instructions sent by email

Returned items must be:

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • In new condition

  • Free of wear, marks, odors, or damage


Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If a prepaid return label is provided for convenience, the cost of the label will be deducted from the refund once the item is received and inspected.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Refund Processing

Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received and inspected.

Items that do not meet return conditions may be subject to partial refund or denial.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.


International Returns

Return shipping for international orders is not covered.

Customs fees, duties, or carrier charges associated with international returns are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Baseball & softball balls are not eligible for free return labels unless shipped incorrectly or damaged.

  • Free shipping does not apply to oversized or international shipments.

  • Discounts may not apply to clincher balls.
