Shipping and Returns Information

Shipping Days: Time taken by the mail company to deliver the order.
Processing Days: Time we take to prepare the order.

Monday-Friday, 9:00 am – 4:00 pm EST (Holidays not included).

Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Delivered Packages: We are not responsible for lost packages if the tracking number indicates they were delivered.
Shipping Method: We ship via UPS, USPS, or other parcel delivery companies as deemed appropriate.
Free Shipping: Free shipping does not cover oversized shipments, international shipments, or Clinchers softballs.
Processing Time: We process each order within 1 to 5 business days.
Processing Time vs. Shipping Time: Processing time is separate from the shipping duration provided by the carrier.
International Shipments: We do not assume responsibility for international shipments once they have left the United States.
Customs Charges: Some products may be subject to customs duties upon entering certain countries. Please check with your country’s customs authorities for more details.

Customized Products:
- We do not accept returns of customized products unless it is due to an error on our part.
- We reserve the right to write names in uppercase or lowercase as deemed appropriate for the product.
- Any additional charges, including customs duties, will be the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Non-Customized Products: To return non-customized products, please email us at info@peligrosportsnyc.com specifying your order number or order name, and we will initiate the return process within 24 business hours.
International Return Labels: We do not offer free return labels for international purchases.
Returned Product Conditions: Each returned product must be in its original packaging, unused, and completely new. We do not sell used products; each product will be shipped in the manufacturer’s packaging.
