Shipping and Return Policy

Package Processing Hours:

Monday-Friday, 9:00 am – 4:00 pm EST (Holidays not included).

Shipping

  • Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Delivered Packages: We are not responsible for lost packages if the tracking number indicates they were delivered.
  • Shipping Method: We ship via UPS, USPS, or other parcel delivery companies as deemed appropriate.
  • Free Shipping: Free shipping does not cover oversized shipments, international shipments, or Clinchers softballs.
  • Processing Time: We process each order within 1 to 5 business days.
  • Processing Time vs. Shipping Time: Processing time is separate from the shipping duration provided by the carrier.
  • International Shipments: We do not assume responsibility for international shipments once they have left the United States.
  • Customs Charges: Some products may be subject to customs duties upon entering certain countries. Please check with your country’s customs authorities for more details.

Returns

  • Customized Products:
    • We do not accept returns of customized products unless it is due to an error on our part.
    • We reserve the right to write names in uppercase or lowercase as deemed appropriate for the product.
    • Any additional charges, including customs duties, will be the sole responsibility of the buyer.
  • Non-Customized Products: To return non-customized products, please email us at info@peligrosportsnyc.com specifying your order number or order name, and we will initiate the return process within 24 business hours.
  • International Return Labels: We do not offer free return labels for international purchases.
  • Returned Product Conditions: Each returned product must be in its original packaging, unused, and completely new. We do not sell used products; each product will be shipped in the manufacturer’s packaging.
  • To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

    1. Log in to your account on our platform.

    2. Locate the order associated with the product you wish to return.

    3. Request a return label from that order.

    4. Once approved, you will receive the return label via email (sent to the address you used at the time of purchase).

    5. Drop off the package with the carrier indicated on the label.

    6. Include a note inside the package with your full name and order number to ensure proper identification of the return.

    7. Once we receive the package at our facility, we will process the corresponding refund.

    Important Note:
    Baseball and softball balls do not qualify for free return labels, unless we made a mistake (for example, if you received an incorrect or damaged item). In such cases, we will gladly cover the return shipping costs.

Offers and Discounts

  • In most cases, offers and discounts may not apply to clincher balls.

Note:

  • Shipping Days: Time taken by the mail company to deliver the order.
  • Processing Days: Time we take to prepare the order.
