- International Return Labels: We do not offer free return labels for international purchases.
- Returned Product Conditions: Each returned product must be in its original packaging, unused, and completely new. We do not sell used products; each product will be shipped in the manufacturer’s packaging.

Drop off the package with the carrier indicated on the label.

Baseball and softball balls do not qualify for free return labels, unless we made a mistake (for example, if you received an incorrect or damaged item). In such cases, we will gladly cover the return shipping costs. -
